Natasha graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2008 with a first class Bachelor of Music degree. In her final year, she facilitated music workshops for children with additional educational needs and saw first-hand the positive social impact that participation in the arts can have. Since then, she has worked in several arts organisations, building on her knowledge and skills of the sector. Natasha currently works as Programme Coordinator on the Arts Fundraising & Philanthropy programme at Cause4, having previously worked in the strategy and policy department at Arts Council England.
Pandora is an Educational Psychologist working for Lewisham Local Authority. She works with schools and families to improve outcomes for children and promote inclusion.
Pandora has a Doctorate in Educational and Child Psychology from University College London and a First Class Honours Degree from the University of Manchester.
After three years in advertising Rachel followed her ambition of working with and supporting vulnerable people and joined Children and Young People’s Social Services in Hackney. She is also studying to become a counsellor/psychotherapist with the aim of providing therapeutic intervention within social services. She is passionate about working in a culturally diverse society and is striving to help provide therapeutic support to vulnerable individuals within the community. Rachel graduated from the University of Manchester with a 2:1 in Psychology (Bsc) and is working towards her BACP accredited Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling.
